PostGame; NBA Playoffs 2012 Round 2; PHI at BOS Game 5

57 all in the 3rd, Rondo walks down the ball and starts a 3 player setup involving himself, Brandon Bass and Paul Pierce.

Paul gives it up to Rondo who is at the right corner. Brandon gives him a pick. Rondo dribbles to his left, sucking up the defense. Suddenly a pass to an all alone Bass.

Missed The Games Today

By games I meant LAL v. OKC Game 2 and PHI v. BOS Game 2. OKC and BOS reportedly both won.

No matter, I had a great meeting and client is gung – ho about getting our project going, so it looks like a lot of work I put in in the past is paying off. It’s a great feeling when that happens.

The Magic Blew It

The Boston Celtics has just beaten the Orlando Magic in Game 5 of their matchup for the Eastern Conference Finals, 88-92. The Magic blew leads of up to 14 points and allowed a 17-3 run in the final few minutes to let go of their chance to lead the series at home.

The Celtics will now have a chance to wrap up this series at Orlando to play for their 21st Conference Title against the resting Cleveland Cavaliers, who swept their own series against Atlanta.

A Series Neither Team Wants To Win

Today, the Miami Heat thrashed the Atlanta Hawks 98 – 72 at home to even their series. They now go to Atlanta to try to win Game 7 and advance into the 2nd round.

The way I see it, neither Atlanta nor Miami wants to win because they don’t think they can advance into the Championships. Therefore, it makes better sense to just shut down their respective teams for the ’08-’09 season, rest, rebuild, and get better for the next.
